Handheld Mixer
Three weeks of research was performed around the task of mixing in the kitchen, observing opportunities for innovation.

Uncomfortable stresses are felt in the wrist, caused by the forward weight of the mixer. The shoulder also is burdened by undue stress from the angle of the mixer handle.

Serveral grip positions were assessed in full scale for their implications.

The result is a hand-held mixer that is easier to use -- but is powered by same motor assembly as common existing mixers.
